Membership Process

Your AAFSA annual dues play a crucial role in funding the organization's Scholarship Fund, which is managed by the WSU Foundation. Your contributions directly support our mission and initiatives.

The African American Faculty & Staff Association has two required forms to process the $130.00 annual membership payment through payroll deductions.

Annually: A one-time $130.00 payment or $5.00 bi-weekly payroll deductions. (maximum 26 annually)

The AAFSA Payroll Deductions Form is vital to our membership process. To obtain a copy, please email Derrick.Veasey@wichita.edu. This form is used to set up the $130.00 annual membership payment through payroll deductions.

Annual Membership Dues- $130; members can elect to pay dues Bi-Weekly through payroll deductions or a one-time pledge amount.
