College of Fine Arts Faculty & Staff Complimentary Ticket Request Information

All current College of Fine Arts Faculty & Staff complimentary tickets must be requested in advance.

General Information

All current Fine Arts Faculty & Staff complimentary tickets must be requested in advance. (The Fine Arts Box Office will no longer honor complimentary requests at the window during the hour prior to an event)
If a request has not been made in advance, Faculty & Staff may still purchase tickets at the discounted rate during the hour prior to the performance upon presentation of their Shocker ID.
The Fine Arts Box Office cannot guarantee availability of tickets to any performances, therefore, everyone is encouraged to request their tickets as early as possible.
All ticket exchanges (including comp tickets) are subject to the $2.00 per ticket processing fee. Please verify all information before submitting a request.

How to Order

There are three (3) ways of ordering your Complimentary Faculty & Staff Tickets.

Quantity

Fine Arts Faculty & Staff are allowed up to two (2) complimentary tickets for personal use for each ticketed Fine Arts performance throughout the academic year. (Based upon availability.)
*If additional tickets are needed for recruiting; please contact Sharla Hale directly and they will be able to assist with those needs.

Delivery

The Fine Arts Box Office offer up to three (3) ways of retrieving your requested comp tickets.

Stop by the Fine Arts Box Office during business hours (10:30am - 4:30pm M-F).
Tickets can be mailed to you via Campus Mail.
You can pick up from Will-Call during the hour prior to the event at the performance venue.

Tickets requested with less than 24 hours notice may not be completed. Please go to the box office in person if you need your ticket with less than 24 hours. A box office representative will complete your order as soon as possible during regular box office hours. You will receive a message from "麻豆破解版 State University<fastickets@wichita.edu>"containing your order confirmation. (If you have not received your confirmation, please check your spam folder.)

Please review your ticket order prior to submission - all exchanges are subject to a $2.00 per ticket processing fee.
