Parent/Caregiver/Therapist Application Process
Once you apply you'll receive a confirmation and a follow up email from our lead therapist
Beth Watkins. She will work with parents and therapists to ensure that GoBabyGo is
a good fit for the child's needs. Beth will be your main contact and will work with
you to schedule which build session your child's car will be in, and schedule two
visits on the WSU campus (one at the beginning of the build session and another for
delivery).
We have several build sessions throughout the year: spring semester (Jan. - May),
summer (June), and fall semester (Aug. - Dec.). We rely on donors to fund the cars
and aim for 5-8 cars each build session. Every effort will be made to build the child's
car as soon as possible.
We do ask each family to sign a release form giving permission for photographs and acknowleding that ride-on car's warranty is void once we have modified the car. You may print and sign and bring on the day of, electronically sign and email to Samantha Corcoran, or wait until the first meeting and sign in-person.
