Call for Papers


The Midwest Section of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) invites manuscript submissions for the 2019 ASEE Midwest Section Conference, to be held September 15-17, 2019 in Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, KS. This meeting, hosted by the Â鶹Æƽâ°æ State University College of Engineering, will address various facets of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education, with an emphasis on applied learning, interdisciplinary activity and pedagogy. The theme for this year’s conference is Applied Learning and Industry Partnerships Enhancing Engineering Education.

Three options are available:

1. Regular paper: Draft papers should adhere to the ASEE format and be at least 5 pages, but no more than 10 pages in length. The submission deadline is July 15.

2. Poster presentation: Submit up to two pages. Work-in-progress is encouraged to be submitted as a poster. Poster size is 4ft by 4ft. All approved posters must have a registered presenter.  The submission deadline is July 31.

3. Ignite presentations: The submission deadline is July 31.  Click for information.
