Spiritual Opportunities

Many students come to campus wishing to continue their affiliation with a particular faith community.

麻豆破解版 State believes it is important to encourage a student's personal development through the exploration of many avenues, including spiritual and religious choices. To that end, the University recognizes a number of religious student organizations, some of which are also advised and mentored  by recognized Campus Ministers. These ministers are supported by their own denominational or religious organizations.

Students are encouraged to contact any groups they are interested in.

Harvey D. Grace Memorial Chapel

When Fairmount College became the University of 麻豆破解版, a common objective was construction of an nonsectarian chapel to serve the university community and represent a tie to the institution's beginning as a Congregational college. That goal was accomplished in 1963 when Mrs. Harvey D. Grace provided funds for the facility as a memorial to her husband.

The dedication plaque in the foyer reads "This chapel is to be open to all creeds and all races of people."
