Facilities
Welcome to Campus Recreation, home to everything a Shocker would need to get their
fitness, leisure, and recreational groove on! With a variety of indoor and outdoor
facilities available, Shockers can stay fit year round.
We believe through the intentional programs, services, events, and facilities made
available to you through Campus Recreation, we are able to provide our members with
a balance focused on recreation, fitness, leisure, and education. As a department,
we are constantly striving to create an environment of wellness and provide healthy
life-time, recreational and leisure activities.
The Heskett Center is the home to Campus Recreation and features many indoor and outdoor
facilities for your recreation needs. This facility is free to use by students, memberships
and rentals are available year round.
Located downtown on the Arkansas River, Boats & Bikes is home to Shocker Rowing and
features equipment rentals and trainings for water and land activities.
This 29,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility features a full AstroTurf庐 infield
and retractable batting cages utilized by Campus Recreation and University Athletics.
Located at the corner of 29th and Oliver, these natural-grass fields host intramural
sports
ranging from flag football to kickball as well as numerous club sports throughout
the year.
