Challenge yourself! The Masters Swim Program is available to anyone looking to train for a triathalon, practice skills or just stay in shape. There are no speed or age requirements. Practices are early mornings and lunchtime, so there鈥檚 never an excuse to miss!
provides its members the opportunity to participate in a life long fitness based swimming program. WAMS is dedicated to enhancing the lives of its members through aquatic physical conditioning. Each member will benefit through professional coaching and organized practices. Every practice is designed to assist each swimmer with the personal development of their own swimming skills. Swimmers will focus on technique, efficiency, endurance, strength, speed & power.
