Housing Exemption Form
Students who wish to live off campus must complete a Housing Exemption request form. To complete this form, a student must log in to their , and select Campus Housing from the Student Tools box in the center of the screen. Next, select Exemption Request at the top of the page. A Housing staff member will respond to your request within three business days. 

If a student will be living with a relative, they will need to complete the Relative Verification Form in addition to the exemption request form.
