Your Faculty Success Tool

is an online software tool by Watermark, designed to help faculty members collect, organize, and display their data for the purposes of annual reviews, promotion and tenure, and more. It is a centrally-funded resource that is aimed at providing an easier, more efficient way for colleges and campuses to manage large reporting processes in a less time-consuming fashion. This tool is supported and maintained by Academic Affairs and the Faculty Evaluation Alignment Committee, Ad Hoc committee of the Faculty Senate. Faculty Success is available to all faculty who are to complete a Faculty Annual Activity Report, and available online to update information anytime and from any computer or mobile device that has an internet connection.
