Program Information/advising
For all programs except MA (which uses its own online scheduling system- see link below), please take a moment and complete the form below to request an individual campus visit and/or obtain general program information. Provide possible dates you are available and other pertinent information in the "Comments" box at the bottom of the form and a coordinator will contact you.

Tour scheduling Information

For MA clinic tour and advising/info session: We use a direct online booking system for students to schedule their own tours. Please click link to view open times and register: 

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to book the MA Clinic Tour and the Advising session separately, if you are wanting both. We suggest booking back to back times, as possible.

For all other program tours (BA, AuD, PhD): Complete the form below to request an individual campus visit and/or obtain general program information. Provide possible dates you are available and other pertinent information in the "Comments" box at the bottom of the form. The program coordinator will contact you to schedule a time.

Campus Visits
Request an individual campus visit (small group session may also be requested). NOTE: this form is NOT a scheduling app. You will need to provide further information, possible available dates, etc. in the Comments box at the end of this form. Program coordinator will contact you to schedule a date/time for a campus visit.

For simple questions or general information (no campus visit), fill out this section. Provide any details in the Comments box at the end of this form; including if you would prefer email contact or a phone/MS Teams call.
Provide specific additional details or information in the comment box (including dates you have available for a campus visit, if that is requested).

We will respond to your request as soon as possible (by the next business day, and when the university is open) during regular office hours, 8a-5p.

The CSD academic department office is located in Ahlberg Hall, Room 401 on the WSU main campus.

Our Evelyn Hendren Cassat Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is located at the Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex, Entrance T at 29th Street North and Oliver.
