If the information you include on this scholarship application is inconsistent with the information entered in the university system, particularly major and/or program of study, it could negatively effect your eligibility for certain scholarships.
  2. It is usually in your best interest to write your scholarship and financial statements ahead of time and have your activities list on hand before begin filling out the application form.

Many of our scholarships require consideration of information beyond what is usually found in a student鈥檚 academic record. Please answer each question below. Neglecting to answer each question may impact your eligibility for certain awards.
Are you a Biology major who has or will have completed Biology 210 and Biology 330 by the fall 2021 semester and have an interest in microbiology or cell biology? If yes, please discuss in your scholarship statement.*
Are you a Biology major preparing for a research career in medical sciences? If yes, please discuss this in your scholarship statement.*
Are you a Biology or Pre-medical major preparing to attend medical school? If yes, please discuss this in your scholarship statement. *
Are you a Pre-medical major planning to practice dentistry? If yes, please discuss this in your scholarship statement. *
Are you doing undergraduate research in organic chemistry? If yes, please name your research advisor when listing your research experience.

Are you majoring in social work and have faced and overcome various forms of vulnerabilities and marginalization as a result of ism's (e.g. racism, classism, sexism, etc.)?
Are you majoring in social work and can demonstrate an intent to work on social justice/human rights issues particularly in regards to runaway youth, homelessness, child welfare/foster care reform, criminal/legal system reform, survivors of labor and sex trafficking?
