The Fairmount College Staff Development Day is an event designed to address staff needs regarding the diversity of duties and responsibilities in positions across the college. The program is open to all Fairmount College university support staff and unclassified professional staff, with positions ranging from directors to administrative professionals to academic advisors and everyone in between.
