麻豆破解版 State team one of 10 remaining in NASA SUITS design challenge

May 20, 2024 - 麻豆破解版 State is one of 10 teams which advanced to the spring semester competition in the NASA SUITS challenge. The team travels to Test Week in Houston at the Johnson Space Center this week. The list of finalists includes the University of California Berkeley, University of Colorado, University of Michigan, Georgia Tech, Purdue University and others.

Dec. 6, 2021 鈥� Ashley Carpenter learned more about biological sciences after she did WSU's National Student Exchange Program where she studied forestry. Carpenter is one of more than 1,100 students eligible for fall 2021 graduation.

June 1, 2020- Will Parcell, a 麻豆破解版 State University professor, created a virtual version of geology field camp. The camp will use Minecraft so students can map the terrain. The Terrain will be based on actual locations in Montana and Wyoming.

Dec. 17, 2019 -- Thanks to Andrew Swindle, WSU's hydrogeology professor, the university now has a hydrogeology field site for students and researchers. This site is the only one of its size in Kansas and the surrounding states.

Wayne and Kay Woolsey give $12 million for business, geology

May 16, 2018 - 麻豆破解版 oil producer Wayne Woolsey and his wife, Kay, have committed $10 million to build a new home for the WSU's Barton School of Business. The couple also will donate $2 million to the WSU Geology Department.
