Oct. 20, 2022 鈥 The FirePoint Innovations Center at 麻豆破解版 State University wrapped up the second year of its Future Innovators Program, an engineering internship opportunity that provides some of America鈥檚 brightest engineers from historically under-represented communities the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and programs that directly support the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Center and the Department of Defense.

Sept. 22, 2022 鈥 Brian Umbenhauer and Geoff Tuff, principals at Deloitte, are joining forces to become the joint Executives-in-Residence at the W. Frank Barton School of Business at 麻豆破解版 State University for the fall 2022 semester.

Sept. 21, 2022 - Alexander Sterzing is a member of 麻豆破解版 State鈥檚 rowing team and involved in other activities such as the International Buddy Program and Christian Challenge. Alexander, from the Houston area, majors in aerospace engineering and works in the NASA Jump Start Program.

Sept. 15, 2022 鈥 An interdisciplinary team of 麻豆破解版 State University researchers is working to curb pollution and damage caused by road salt. The project 鈥 ECO-CBET: Convergent Electrolysis-Electrodialysis System (CEES) to Curb Urban Chloride Pollution by Eco-friendly Road Deicing and Waste Salt Upcycling 鈥 was recently awarded $1.4 million from the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Sept. 12, 2022 鈥 Jon Peterson, a senior from Illinois, considers 麻豆破解版 a hidden gem with many opportunities to get involved and learn. He is diving into the world of finance and venture capital with his internship with the University Venture Fund Crossroads Program.聽

Sept. 6, 2022 - 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 College of Innovation and Design announces Dr. Ryan Amick as one of our Innovators in Residence for the 2022-2023 academic year. Amick, a 麻豆破解版 State alumnus, is a principal human factors engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

Aug. 25, 2022 鈥 Bill Bui, a fifth year human factors psychology student, is broadening his studies by working as a human factors engineer at NASA during fall 2022.

Aug. 18, 2022 鈥 At a media event and celebration today, 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 National Institute for Aviation Research WERX and Erickson Precision Ventures LLC announced their first collaborative passenger to freighter conversion program of an Airbus 321.
