May 1, 2023 鈥 In the most recent graduate school rankings from U.S. News & World Report, 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 College of Engineering continued its steady ascent, landing in the 47th spot for the 2023-24 academic year. Additionally, the College of Health Profession鈥檚 physician associate program is debuting in the rankings at No. 65.

April 21, 2023 Corri Newman is senior communications sciences and disorders major in the College of Health Professions and a member of the WSU Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (WSUSSLHA) and serves as its NSSLHA chair. After she graduates, she plans to attend graduate school to become a speech-language pathologist.

She is one of 10 students to earn Senior Honor recognition, the highest honor awarded to WSU students who demonstrate outstanding scholarship, leadership, involvement and service to WSU and the surrounding community.

April 14, 2023 鈥 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚聽Environmental Finance Center聽is one of 17 locations selected to establish an Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center. This new center will promote environmental and energy justice in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and adjoining Indigenous nations.

March 22, 2023 鈥 麻豆破解版 State University nursing students on the WSU main campus and Kansas State University campus celebrated their Nightingale Nursing Commitment Ceremonies on March 3. Students recited and signed the modern Nightingale Pledge as a commitment to uphold the standards of the nursing profession.

March 21, 2023 鈥 The Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a student organization at 麻豆破解版 State University, is hosting a Mother Daughter Day event for local middle school girls and their adult female role models. The event will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 25 in the lobby of the John Bardo Center at 麻豆破解版 State.

March 20, 2023 - Los Angeles-based indie pop band SAINT MOTEL will perform in concert at 麻豆破解版 State University at 8 p.m. Friday, April 14, at Charles Koch Arena. SAINT MOTEL鈥檚 inventive live performances have earned the band a loyal fanbase that flock to its headlining shows and standout sets at festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo.
