April 21, 2023 Angel Dao used her time at 麻豆破解版 State to develop professionally and make connections within the industry she plans to pursue while finding time to care of her mental health.

April 21, 2023 Corri Newman is senior communications sciences and disorders major in the College of Health Professions and a member of the WSU Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (WSUSSLHA) and serves as its NSSLHA chair. After she graduates, she plans to attend graduate school to become a speech-language pathologist.

March 22, 2023 鈥 麻豆破解版 State University nursing students on the WSU main campus and Kansas State University campus celebrated their Nightingale Nursing Commitment Ceremonies on March 3. Students recited and signed the modern Nightingale Pledge as a commitment to uphold the standards of the nursing profession.

Dec. 12, 2022 鈥 Almost 1,300 students are eligible to participate in 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 125th fall commencement ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18 in Charles Koch Arena. Media are welcome to attend.

Dec. 1, 2022 - Zhi Wei Won used her time at 麻豆破解版 State to work on skills in and out of the classroom. She met new people and expanded her social circle through school activities. Dr. Delane Vaughn

Nov. 30, 2022 鈥 Delane Vaughn loved science and her biology teacher at Mulvane High School 鈥 Joe Johnson 鈥 started her on a path to 麻豆破解版 State University as the first person in her family to attend college. She worked, raised a family and attended WSU and the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

Oct. 31, 2022 鈥 Two Medical Laboratory Sciences students at 麻豆破解版 State University are the second recipients of the $280,000 annual endowed scholarship gift from Southcentral Pathology.

Oct. 20, 2022 鈥 The Physician Assistant program at 麻豆破解版 State University celebrated its 50th anniversary with a celebration for alumni, faculty, staff, students and supporters.

Oct. 19, 2022 鈥 Following a national search, 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 newly restructured alumni organization 鈥 the WSU Foundation and Alumni Engagement 鈥 has hired Stacie Williamson as its new vice president for alumni engagement, effective Nov. 28.

At 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 麻豆破解版 State will host the 52nd observance of Memorial '70, the annual ceremony that honors the 31 WSU football players, administrators and supporters who died in a 1970 plane crash in the Rocky Mountains. It will take place at the Memorial near 18th and Hillside.

A memorial at milepost 217, near the Eisenhower Tunnel on I-70, is near the site of the 1970 plane crash in Colorado.

Sept. 6, 2022 - 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 College of Innovation and Design announces Dr. Ryan Amick as one of our Innovators in Residence for the 2022-2023 academic year. Amick, a 麻豆破解版 State alumnus, is a principal human factors engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
