Jan. 8, 2024 - 麻豆破解版 State University moved to No. 2 on the national list of industry-funded engineering and research and development, according to the latest data compiled by the National Science Foundation鈥檚 Higher Education Research and Development Survey.

Dec. 8, 2023 - Ryan Littlejohn worked his way through 麻豆破解版 State University with help from instructors who guided him through the balancing act of academics and a busy life.

Brittany Wojciechowski

Dec. 05, 2023 Brittany Wojciechowski is currently working for Jacobs Space Exploration Group doing contract work for the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She was also a featured guest in the聽May 2023 episode of President Rick Muma鈥檚 鈥淔orward Together鈥 podcast. While at WSU, Brittany conducted numerous research projects, including聽as part of the AeroFeathers team. She will receive her Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering this fall as a first-gen student.

Leslie Rudd Learning Center at League 42

Oct. 25, 2023 - 麻豆破解版 State鈥檚 Rudd Scholars work with youngsters in the 鈥淏right Lights Educational Enrichment Program鈥 at the Leslie Rudd Learning Center at League 42鈥檚 McAdams Park baseball complex. Each afternoon, several of them work on math skills with students in fifth through eighth grade and literacy with students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Oct. 19, 2023 鈥 The Association of University Research Parks (AURP) has awarded 麻豆破解版 State鈥檚 Innovation Campus with the 2023 Emerging Research Park Award at its annual international conference held this week.

WSU student Cat Kee at National Stage Combat Workshop

Oct. 17, 2023 - WSU seniors Emily Redfield and Cat Kee attended the National Stage Combat Workshop in Ruston, La. The three-week course offered instruction, testing and certification with weapons such as swords, shields, firearms, rapiers, daggers and quarterstaffs.

Sept. 26, 2023 - Kian Williams, a junior at 麻豆破解版 State University, is helping the Kansas Aviation Museum chart its future. The work researching aviation connects with the background that shaped a love for history. Williams volunteered at the Reno County Museum as a youngster.

Sept. 25, 2023 - Rudd Scholar Bayle Sandy found a sense of community at 麻豆破解版 State University and enjoyed support from many sources for her academic and extracurricular pursuits. 麻豆破解版 State is proud of its role helping Rudd Scholars pursue passions and realize dreams in the state鈥檚 largest city.

Sept. 21, 2023 鈥 The U.S. Small Business Administration awarded $150,000 to 麻豆破解版 State University to assist in providing resources and support for small businesses and startups focused on STEM and research and development.

Denae Sawyer

Sept. 19, 2023 - 麻豆破解版 State student Denae Sawyer spent the spring semester interning remotely with Dzanc Books. Her work consisted of reading and researching to determine if the manuscript fit Dzanc鈥檚 standards and sensibility. She also evaluated the potential audience and marketing strategies.

Sept. 14, 2023 - Rudd Scholar Alia Michaelis studied in a hospital in Argentina and works in biochemical research lab while at 麻豆破解版 State University. 麻豆破解版 State is proud of its role helping Rudd Scholars pursue passions and realize dreams in the state鈥檚 largest city.
