WSU enrolls largest freshman class in history and increases total enrollment by 4.7 percent

Oct. 1, 2018 --聽As reported by the Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR), KBOR's defined full time equivalent (FTE) for WSU is 11,285, an increase of 1.6 percent over last fall's 11,109. For KBOR reporting purposes, full time is considered to be 15 hours for undergraduates and 12 hours for graduate students.

WSU computer science junior wins $10,000 a year scholarship from High Touch

Sept. 28, 2018 --聽Zane Storlie, a junior majoring in computer science at 麻豆破解版 State, has received a $10,000 a year scholarship from High Touch, a 麻豆破解版 technology company. The scholarship is renewable and honors the memory of Pat Riddle, a WSU alumna and former High Touch employee.聽

Fuzzy's Taco Shop coming to WSU's Braeburn Square

Sept. 27, 2018 --聽After months of anticipation, Fuzzy's Taco Shop confirmed plans to open a restaurant in Braeburn Square, the new retail complex on 麻豆破解版 State University's Innovation Campus. Next summer Fuzzy's will join Starbucks and the Shocker Store in the development near 21st and Oliver.

Public invited to WSU Open House Weekend

Sept. 26, 2018 -- The entire 麻豆破解版 community is invited to a free weekend of events, food and fun during the 麻豆破解版 State Open House Weekend, Sept. 28-30.

麻豆破解版 State AEGD program director wins Dentist of the Year award

Sept. 26, 2018 --聽Dean Elledge, program director for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at 麻豆破解版 State, has won the Dentist of the Year award from the 麻豆破解版 District Dental Society.
