MBA and MSSCM 2+1 Program

A 2+1 agreement between the MSSCM and MBA programs at 麻豆破解版 State will allow students to complete 2 master鈥檚 degrees in 3 years.  The MBA program is comprised of 36 credit hours and the MSSCM program is made up of 30 credit hours.  Up to 12 credit hours may be shared between both graduate programs and double-counted. The double counting rule will allow students to complete both programs by taking 54-57 hours of coursework. One master鈥檚 program must be completed before any courses can be applied to the second program

Required Courses for an MBA Graduate in the MSSCM program

*If the student had a concentration in Supply Chain Management while in the MBA program, DS 865, DS 725, and DS 790 will be substituted with 3 additional electives from the Management or Analytics Track in the MSSCM program.

Required Courses for a MSSCM Graduate in the MBA program

Core courses

*All courses in the MBA Core below are required.  Some core courses should have been completed as part of the MSSCM program previously, however.  The remaining core courses should be completed while in the MBA program.

*Just 12 hours can be transferred from the MSSCM program into the MBA.  If more than 4 of the core courses were taken in MSSCM, an elective will be selected from the MBA program in consultation with an advisor to reach the required 24 credit hours for the MBA

Concentration courses


Students will select a concentration in the MBA program to complete their remaining 15 credit hours in the MBA program. Any concentration option, other than Supply Chain Management, may be selected.

Online concentration options include Marketing, Health Care Administration, Human Resource Management, and Finance.

In-person concentrations include Finance, Health Care Administration, Business Analytics & Information Management, and Marketing.
