Shocker Learning Center

The Shocker Learning Center provides students with opportunities to succeed, learn, and collaborate. Through the SLC, students have access to supplemental instruction, individual and group tutoring, learning assessments, peer coaching, and study skills workshops.

Student Success

The goal of the Office of Student Success is to help students transition to Shocker life and develop skills and processes to help them achieve their personal and academic goals. Tech Help Desk

The Tech Help office is designed to meet the growing tech needs of students. Staff will help students with diagnostics and troubleshooting on personal devices, issues with internet access, software and app training, email issues, learning remotely, as well as support for Blackboard and other university applications.
