Mini-Master and Legacy Mini-Master
The Mini鈥怣aster Classroom started with the Bring鈥怸our鈥怬wn鈥怐evice (BYOD) classroom, but then added the most requested part of the Master Classroom鈥攖he resident computer! This room is simple, easy鈥恡o鈥恥se, and meets the needs of the vast majority of users.
Standard Features: ADA height鈥恆djustable lectern, resident PC (Windows), computer monitor with integrated USB for flash drives, full鈥恠ize HDMI and VGA+Audio cables for user鈥檚 laptop/tablet/phone, etc., wireless presentation, assistive listening system (ALS) for ADA compliance. Also includes projector or display of appropriate size, plus appropriate speaker coverage for voice and video playback, with push鈥恇utton controls. Part of Campus Media Services鈥 managed AV system.
Optional Features: Lapel microphone for voice amplification, camera for lecture recording or streaming,
audience camera for distance learning applications, additional microphones for online
conferencing, digital interactive display
(i.e., SMART Board or SMART Podium) for 鈥渋nking鈥 activities, dual displays (mirrored)
for wider spaces. Current Examples: Devlin Hall 103/105, and Engineering Building
