Overview
Tuition assistance is available for eligible 麻豆破解版 State University employees and their dependents and/or spouse who wish to further their education through classes in a qualifying program at the University.
New in 2024 - Full year application process!
Effective in the application period for the Spring 2025 academic term, applications can be submitted for the full academic year - Fall, Spring, and Summer - in one application. This new process is for both employee and spouse/dependent tuition assistance.
Program Timelines
Applications may be submitted annually beginning May 1st for the upcoming academic year that begins in Fall. You may apply for any and all applicable semesters (Fall, Spring and Summer) for which the applicaiton deadline has not passed at the the time of your application.
Due to the volume of applications received, applications received after the applicable deadline will be automatically denied. There will be no exceptions.

*When the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, applications will be accepted through the end of the following University business day.
**Priority deadline for tuition assistance applications is for applications received by that first deadline, with the final deadline of closer to the start of the semester. Awards for applications received after priority deadline will be based on availability of funds.
2024 Tuition Assistance Policy Update
In 2024, Human Resources and the Provost鈥檚 Office completed a review of the current Employee and Spouse/Dependent Children Tuition Assistance programs. Additionally, feedback from the University Staff Senate and Faculty Senate were incorporated into the modifications to existing policy which were effective for the Spring 2025 semester.
