How long does it take for points to show up in my HealthQuest account after completing an activity? | This time varies by activity. Some appear within 24 hours and some can take up to 3 weeks. You can view the estimated credit award timeline here. How long does it take for rewards dollars to appear in my HSA/HRA? | $12.50 per earned credit will be deposited into your HSA or HRA within 4-6 weeks of the date the credits were logged in your HealthQuest portal. |
Is my health and wellness information secure with HealthQuest? | HealthQuest and Marathon are dedicated to keeping members' personal health and wellness

Do accumulated points roll over into the next year? |
No. Incentive program participants must earn 40 points each plan year to qualify for the premium discount in the following plan year. At the start of the plan year (January 1), accumulated points are reset to 0. |
Do points count toward both Premium Discounts and HRA/HSA dollars? |
Yes. If a member has elected a health insurance plan that offers both the Premium Discount and HRA/HSA Dollars incentive programs, points can count toward both. |
What do I earn beyond the first 40 points? |
No additional incentives are offered after a member reached 40 HealthQuest points within one plan year. However, participants have unlimited access to the programs, workshops, and wellness activities offered through the HealthQuest program. |
Can I participate in HealthQuest if I do not have insurance coverage in the State Employee Health Plan? |
Yes. Employees who have waived coverage who are enrolled in the medical portion of the SEHP may participate in HealthQuest programs but do not need to earn credits toward the premium incentive. |
Is participation in HealthQuest mandatory? |
No. The HealthQuest Rewards Program is optional and employees are not required to participate to be covered under the health plan. There is no additional cost to employee鈥檚 premiums for not participating but they will be paying the base rate (undiscounted rate) for their insurance coverage. |
