March 1-7

2023-2024 myPerformance Evaluations

Non-Teaching Employees have access to their annual evaluation in myPerformance for Employee Signature beginning March 1, 2024 provided that their Manager has submitted their Manager Review rating in myPerformance.

Employees should log into myPerformance then electronically sign and submit their 2023-2024 evaluation by March 7, 2024 at 11:59 PM.

myPerformance will automatically rollover to the next step of the evaluation cycle, Manager Signature, on March 8, 2024 provided that the Employee has submitted their electronic signature.  Employees will not have access to their 2023-2024 evaluation again until the Manager Signature step has been completed (March 8-14).  Evaluations will automatically push to complete once the Manager Signature has been submitted, and both Employees and Managers will have access to 2023-2024 myPerformance evaluations for future reference.

Employee Signature


Employee InstructionsmyPerformance Main Page

  1. Access myPerformance:
    1. Log into
    2. While in the Faculty/Staff tab
    3. Scroll down to the Employee Review channel
    4. Click on the myPerformance link
    5. Select Evaluations
    6. Click on Complete 2023-2024 Self-Review
  2. Proceed through each page of the evaluation.
  3. Review Manager comments concerning competencies, goals, and ratings for the current review period (March 1, 2023 - February 29, 2024).
  4. Add Additional Comments about your job performance and accomplishments for the current review period (March 1, 2023 - February 29, 2024), if desired.
  5. Electronically Sign the Evaluation
    1. Your signature is an acknowledgement that the information contained within the review has been shared and discussed as part of an annual performance cycle. Your signature does not imply agreement, but is an acknowledgment that you have seen the information and have had the opportunity to provide input through the self-evaluation process. 
  6. Finalize your Signature by selecting Save then Submit on the Summary Page.
  7. Save or Print a copy of your evaluation, if desired.

Select Submit on the Summary Page after saving every time you update a myPerformance evaluation! (Just checkmark the small box that says, 鈥Show completed and expired tasks鈥!)
