Audio/visual equipment is available in the meeting rooms. The table on the first page outlines what is available in each room. If additional equipment is needed, Media Resources Center should be contacted at 316-978-3588 or you can submit an online request
All requests should be submitted no less than 1 week in advance for support to avoid a late reservation fee.
Audio/Visual Technical Questions and Event Staffing
For technical issues and/or questions during an event, WSU Initiatives can be contacted during office hours at 316-978-5363. If assistance is needed outside of WSU Initiatives office hours, or if you want Media Resources staff on site during your event, this can be arranged when making the media resources reservation.
