Facility Use

John Bardo Center guests are responsible for returning the space to its original condition when an event is completed. Any equipment or props belonging to the guest must be removed. Taping on walls, doors, door frames and furniture is prohibited.

Occasionally, cables are needed. The WSU Strategic Initiatives Department (316-978-5363) can provide you with either HDMI or VGA cables for your presentation if requested during business hours. The alcoves and common spaces on the second floor may not be reserved.
