External Guest Reservations
Fee Structure*
The John Bardo Center offers a variety of meeting places for external guests to hold their meetings. Use of these facilities for external guests has the following fee schedule:

| JBC 331 - Conference Room | $100.00 | $50.00 |
| JBC 341 - Conference Room | $100.00 | $50.00 |
*Written requests for fee waivers can be mailed to WSU Initiatives at wsuinitiatives@wichita.edu and will be evaluated based on collaboration with WSU and/or extraordinary circumstances.
WSU Physical Plant
In order for external guests to use WSU Facilities Services, direct bill accounts will need to be established. Please contact the Facilities Services by phone at 316-978-3444.
