Overview
Lisa Wray is the third generation of women in her family to become a registered dietitian in Kansas. In her twenty years of practicing dietetics, she has gathered experience with a broad range of clients and settings to share with students, including clinical, food-service, educational, and commercial foods and nutrition for audiences from infant to end-of-life, and across a variety of cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic groups. In addition to her 10 years as adjunct instructor with WSU, she continues to work with local long-term care and rehabilitation facilities specializing in nutrition care for aging populations.
