Overview
John joined the Environmental Finance Center in 2018 as a graduate research assistant and accepted a full-time position with the Center in 2019. He works on regional and national projects that focus on the the many facets to small water and wastewater systems, including asset management, sustainable materials management, affordability, and financial sustainability. John has a Master of Public Administration with certificates in Public Finance and City and County Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Fort Hays State University.
