Overview

Rachel Douglass is responsible for strategizing, creating and implementing a comprehensive external and internal communications program designed to inform, educate and engage for Textron eAviation.

Prior to assuming this role, Rachel served as Sr. Manager, Employee & Community Engagement for Textron Aviation, Director of Engagement for the 麻豆破解版 Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a Brand Director of local advertising agency, Greteman Group.
  
Rachel has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing from 麻豆破解版 State University. She has held various board roles throughout the community and currently serves on the Kansas Council for Economic Education executive committee and also as a member of the 麻豆破解版 Symphony Orchestra board of directors.
 
She resides in 麻豆破解版 with her husband, Jason, and their son.
