This step-by-step guide lays a path to becoming a member of the newest freshmen class
at 麻豆破解版 State University:
1. Apply!
If you haven鈥檛 completed your , that will be your first step! There is a $40 application fee. The application fee may be waived for eligible students.
2. Send Your Transcript(s)
Be sure and send us your final official high school transcript and transcripts for any college course work you have completed. Electronic transcripts can be sent to admissions@wichita.edu.
3. Set Up Your myWSU Account
Now, it鈥檚 time to set up your ! This portal is where you will go to access your student email, financial aid, housing information, and more. After you are admitted you will receive a myWSU ID.
4. Manage Your Password
Keep your password handy because you鈥檒l need it later. You will then go to and click 鈥淢anage your password鈥 followed by 鈥淔orgot/Setup Password鈥. If you have any trouble, contact the WSU Help Desk at 316-978-4357 or helpdesk@wichita.edu.
5. Check Your Student Email
Once you have logged in, be sure and check your Student Email. This can be found by clicking the 鈥淪tu Email鈥 icon in upper right-hand corner. Important information is sent here, so we suggest checking this multiple times throughout the week. If you're having trouble, .
6. Fill Out a Housing Form
Have you checked in with Housing? If you鈥檙e planning to live on campus, be sure you鈥檙e taking the right steps. Housing and Residence Life has all the info you need! If you have questions, you can email housing.wsu@wichita.edu.
7. Sign Up for Orientation
If you鈥檝e made it this far, you鈥檙e so close! Now you need to register for an orientation date that works with your schedule. Orientation sign-up opens in March and programs take place during the summer.
8. Complete the Enrollment Process
Right after you register for orientation it鈥檚 time to fill out the enrollment questionnaire. This will ask you important questions that will be sent to your First-Year Advisor who will then build your schedule and enroll you for classes. Make sure you're checking your student email often once you have submitted your questionnaire!
If you are an incoming transfer or adult student, you will need to reach out to your academic college advising office directly to set up an appointment and get registered for courses.
9. Get Your Schedule
You did it! Be sure and continue to check your email for information on how to accept your fall semester schedule.
