Forming your Identity-Based Habits Workshop

Tuesday, November 14th

In our upcoming workshop, we will build upon past sessions and learn new concepts from the authors of "Atomic Habits" and "Tiny Habits". Students will be introduced to the four laws of habit formation and create identity-based habits, with a detailed plan to apply each law to their desired new habits.
