Guidelines and Procedures

This award is unconnected from the other School of Music scholarships, and has a separate application process.

Deadline: March 1

Goal of fund: To provide career enhancement and exceptional training opportunities for individual WSU performance majors, to honor the excellence of students and recent alumni of WSU, and to provide financial support in making the transition between training and profession.

Awards: Will be given annually to a student(s) enrolled at 麻豆破解版 State University in the College of Fine Arts School of Music.

Eligibility: Graduate or upper class standing (junior or senior) and enrolled in one of the following degree programs; Applied Voice, Musical Theatre or Instrumental Performance. Students must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA in the area of major study. Students may continue to apply for funds one semester after graduation but not thereafter.

Requirements: Submit the required application form to the Director of the School of Music and must have support (written or verbal) of the primary instructor.

Awards(s) will be made a the joint discretion of the Director of the School of Music and the Director of Opera.
