Graduate Assistantships and Fellowships
Graduate teaching assistantships are available to qualified students and are awarded primarily on the basis of a student鈥檚 academic record, potential as a degree candidate and teaching or research activities. Faculty members may support students in their research groups through research grants. The department is committed to supporting Master of Science students for up to two years and Ph.D. students for up to five years as they pursue completion of degree requirements. Satisfactory performance ensures continuing annual financial support.
