Hometown

Arvada, Colorado

Major

Entrepreneurship with minors in marketing and management.

How did you first hear about 麻豆破解版 State University?

My sister toured 麻豆破解版 State about five years ago to look at the nursing program.

How did 麻豆破解版 State compare to the other universities you considered attending?

It was affordable, great for business students, good with transfer credits, and acknowledges diverse backgrounds.

Why did you choose WSU?

I chose 麻豆破解版 State because of my major (entrepreneurship). Other universities I visited didn't specifically have entrepreneurship. Also, I had quite a few scholarships from WSU.

What are some of the opportunities and activities you've participated in at 麻豆破解版 State?

I am an ambassador with the Office of Admissions (Student Ambassador Society) and with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. I participated in Passage 2 Success, Promoting Academic Student Success (PASS), Clash of the Colleges, Shockers After Dark, and Late Night Breakfast.

What were your perceptions about the city of 麻豆破解版 before you visited for the first time? And how do those perceptions compare to your current perception of the city?

Coming from a big city such as Denver, I thought that 麻豆破解版 was very small, but there was still lots I could do. Before I visited, honestly, I thought it was just going to be a college campus around some corn fields. After I visited, and now that I am here, it feels like home. There's a lot to do.

What would you tell someone who's considering 麻豆破解版 State?

Follow your heart, don't force yourself to go to a school because of one reason. Look at the options. For WSU look for scholarships and financial aid, and look into the offices, housing and organizations, programs and clubs to join.
