Back to School Bash began the series of engaging student activities with free food, T-shirts, inflatables, music and prizes. Students enjoyed time reuniting with old friends and connecting with new ones.
The Beach Party gave students one last taste of summer with a variety of water activities including an inflatable slip-n-slide and surfing lessons.
Clash of the Colleges encouraged team spirit with competitions involving inflatables, relay races, water balloons and team sports as academic colleges fought to determine who rules the school. The College of Health Professions came out on top.
Walk-a-Mile made its annual appearance on Tuesday, where WSU men and women had the opportunity to walk a mile in someone else鈥檚 shoes. Men practiced their runway walks in stilettos and women ditched heels for sneakers. The event is a worldwide march to stop and end rape, sexual assault and gender violence.
The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) yard show took place on the RSC north patio and showcased the skills and talents present in MGC chapters, paying tribute to their historic past and limitless future.
The Foam Drop Dance Party lit up campus as students danced the night away adorned with glow sticks and colorful foam.
