麻豆破解版 State University will be among the first universities in America to host an F45 workout studio, which will open Jan. 9 in the Heskett Center.
Offering 16 systemized programs that fit the 鈥渇unctional, 45-minute鈥 workout model, the new space will hold $150,000 of state-of-the-art work out equipment, provided to the university by F45 Functional Group Training.
Through collaboration with F45 and the WSU Alumni Association, Campus Recreation renovated the racquetball courts on the lower level of the Heskett Center to accommodate the new space.
鈥滻t feels like you鈥檙e not in the Heskett Center when you get even close to it. It鈥檚 bright and it鈥檚 a completely different feel; I really recommend it.鈥
