* The WSU Women's Association Fundraiser for Dames Scholarship event will be held from 4-6:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, June 26) at Marcus Welcome Center. The event includes a silent auction, live band, hors d'oeuvres and cash bar. Tickets are $10. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
* In an effort to keep the campus and public better informed as to the changes occurring at 麻豆破解版 State University, the university will begin holding weekly briefings. The briefings will be from 10-10:30 a.m. every Thursday, excluding holidays, beginning June 28. Most briefings will include a quick overview of issues and events, a featured topic and time for questions. The first two briefings will be in the Marcus Welcome Center. * 麻豆破解版 State's Summer Choir will present "An Evening with Mark Hayes" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1958 N Webb Rd, 麻豆破解版, KS. The 麻豆破解版 State Summer Choir and Eastminster Chancel Choir are excited to welcome Kansas City native and award-winning concert pianist, composer, arranger and conductor Mark Hayes. * The 2018 WSU Summer Symphony Orchestra will collaborate with John Harrison, concertmaster of the 麻豆破解版 Symphony Orchestra, on two miniature masterpieces for violin and orchestra. The summer orchestra consists of seasoned amateurs, area educators, university performers and advanced high school musicians. * Annual Appointment Notices for full-time, Unclassified Professionals (UP) and faculty will be sent through campus mail on Monday, July 2. For staff that meet the eligibility criteria for the 2.5 percent increase, this has been included in the annualized salary amount. Please sign and date the notice, and return it through campus mail using the addressed envelope that is included. Faculty and staff who are not on campus for the summer can complete and submit their Appointment Notice upon return in August. Questions or concerns should be discussed with your supervisor.
