* The Anthropology Departmental Colloquium Series will feature a presentation by Sandi Harvey, "Champuru Dreams: The Making of Okinawan Popular Music," at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 16) in 117 Neff Hall.

* Peter Meinke, this year's Visiting Distinguished Poet, will read from his work from 3:30-4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 16) in Ablah Library, lower level. Meinke also will be featured in the English Department Reading Series at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 17, in the Marcus Welcome Center.
